CHEF KITURA

Chef Kitura is a chef and restaurateur who has worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens in the world. He started his career at The Ritz-Carlton in Sydney, Australia, before moving to London to work at The Ritz-Carlton there. In 2006, he opened his own restaurant, Ego, in New York City, which was awarded two prestigious Michelin stars. In 2009, he opened his second restaurant, Hakkasan, in Las Vegas, which also received two Michelin stars. He has also been awarded a prestigious James Beard Award for Best Chef: New York City. Eric Pedro is currently the head chef and owner of Table 4.2, a modern American restaurant in Miami.

The Table 4.2 Kitchen and Bar in Provincetown, Massachusetts, is deserving of a TripAdvisor award for great food, excellent service, and stunning views. The restaurant is located on the top floor of The Provincetown Inn and offers stunning views of the harbor and coastline. The menu features a variety of dishes, including fresh seafood and farm-to-table options. The Signal Kitchen and Bar offers excellent service, with waitstaff attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.
